All foreigners who wish to enter Colombia must certify at Migración Colombia (the Colombian migration department) the reason for their visit. Students, teachers and researchers who wish to visit Universidad Pedagógica Nacional can find out whether they need a visa or whether they are eligible for entrance only with their valid passport.
