GENERAL INFORMATION

43 students from Paraguay, Brasil, Mexico, Trinidad and Tobajo, Spain, France, Scotland, Argentina, Chile, Dominican Republic

To be a student registered in between fourth to eighth semester at the moment of presenting the application
To prove academic excellence, that is, an average grade of 3.8
To have a clean disciplinary, judicial and penal record
To not have received any benefit from any other programme of international mobility including financial subsidies
To be of legal age

The official in charge of mobility at the university of origin should sent to movilidadestudiantes@pedagogica.edu.co the following documents in .pdf organized in the same order as below:

Letter or notice of nomination issued by the OIR or by whoever is acting on their behalf
Application format and project of homologation of submitted courses
CV
Copy of Passport
Certificate of international medical insurance

Once the OIR of Universidad Pedagógica Nacional (UPN) has received the documents, they will be checked for completeness and sent to the corresponding academic unit to be analyzed.

Once the academic unit has checked the documents, specially the course plan submitted by the student, the approval will be issued and any suggestions will be communicated, if necessary.

With the approval of the academic unit the OIR will issue the letter of acceptance, which establishes the conditions and the timing.

Once the candidate for mobility has received the letter of acceptance, s/he has to start the process of buying flight tickets and an international medical insurance.

Close to the date of arrival at UPN the student will receive information on the part of the OIR indicating details of arrival, welcome meeting, lodging, etc.
